Knife Skills

Cooking is a lot more fun if you know how to handle a knife and cut safely and with speed, learn to cut like a pro  2 hour class

  • Cutting vegetable cubes and dicing 
  • chopping herbs 
  • cutting peppers 
  • Cutting juliennes 
  • segmenting citrus 
  • learn about sharpening a knife 

French Cooking

Learn to cook classic French dishes that you can make at home again and again 

3 hour class 

  • potatoes gratin
  • green beans saute 
  • Coq au vin 
  • Tarte tatin 


Pasta Making

Learn to make fresh pasta dough and hand cut it then served with tomato marinara 

and alfredo sauce  

3 hour class 

  • Pappardelle pasta 
  • Fettucine pasta 
  • Marinara Sauce 
  • Alfredo Sauce 
  • Basil herb olive oil 


Ravioli Making

Learn to make fresh pasta dough then rolling it out and filling with riccota and basil or chicken and mushrooms. Ravioli will be served with sage butter or marinara sauce 

3 hour class 

  • Riccota and basil ravioli 
  • Chicken and mushroom ravioli 
  • Marinara Sauce 
  • Basil herb olive oil 


Sushi Making

Rolling sushi is not as hard as you think, learn to cook and flavor sushi rice then prep the filling , you can create your own rolls.

Chinese Style

Learn to make  dumplings, steamed and pan fried  plus sesame noodles  and stir fried Bok choy

  • Vegetable Dumplings 
  • Sesame Noodles and scallions 
  • Stir fry Bok Choy
